Hi I'm Jas, I help female victims of DV overcome stress, anxiety & trauma through the Power of Your Breath.

I have worked in the Coaching Industry for 5yrs as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor at various gyms across Logan QLD, and now entering the space of Breathwork.

I used to suffer from debilitating stress and anxiety as a result of domestic violence. I’ve lived my share of financial, physical, emotional and psychological abuse. The effects left me doubting myself, it affected my professional life, personal life and left me feeling meh.

This isn’t a story about DV. This is a story about turning my pain into purpose.

There were countless days and nights of fights, tears, feeling unsafe in my home and my body. No matter the situation, I always had to show up. It taught me resilience, it taught me strength, it also showed a toxic cycle of abuse.

Leaning into my own experience with DV, drawing upon my coaching background, I feel compelled and aligned to helping women who were or could be in that situation.

Trauma isn’t just in your past, it lives in your body. It stays there until you learn to let it go.

Healing is being able to look at your trauma with a new set of eyes and perspective, and give nothing but the biggest love and compassion to your younger self.
